AIDS In The USA

I have a convergence based establishment. i have been effective in the red light areas specifically. my focusareas are education, nutrition and health. just i have been doing constructive work on hiv aids. but i do not have funds. i know anumer of foreign agencies give grants. but so far none of my mails have been answered. Any thought as to whom to approach and how ?
