AIDS Walk for Life 2007 (Canada)
HIV/AIDS remains a very real public health crisis both at home and abroad. Despite growing apathy in Canada, the facts cannot be ignored. One person every two is in infected with HIV. Of the estimated 58000 people living with HIV in Canada, over 25% are not aware of their infection. This could be your mother, your brother, your friend. HIV infects and affects us all. Our only cure is education and prevention. The Walk is happening across Canada from September 15-23, 2007. Please check out www.aidswalkforlife.ca to find your local walk. Please support the AIDS Walk for Life. The Walk will do us good.
