How is there so much racism in Soccer when ti is played by such an International audience?
You get fans monkey chanting THEIR own players, like what gives and everywhere do you draw the line on someones abilities and their color of skin.

Global Institutions and the HIV/AIDS Epidemic: Responding to an International Crisis
Examining International Student Loans
Studying abroad – whether it is a student from the United States traveling to a further people or a foreign student traveling to study in the United States – is becoming more and more well loved with each quick year. Studies show that more than two hundred thousand students from the United States study abroad every year, while very nearly six hundred thousand international students seek to attend college in the United States. The only problem is the consideration of financial aid as it applies to international students. Fortunately, there now exists international student loans designed especially to help students from the United States to study abroad and to aid international students with studying in the United States. In fact, international studies are becoming so well loved that most international student loan programs also help students from Canada to study elsewhere and international students to come study in Canada.
As mentioned, there are international student loans available for international students who wish to study in either the United States or in Canada. The number of students worldwide who want to do this is increasing exponentially every year. In general, international students who wish to apply for international student loans have to meet eligibility requirements and certain criteria, such as, their school of choice must be a TERI-approved school. Furthermore, a student must have someone in the United States who is willing to cosign his or her loan.
For students from the United States and Canada who want to study abroad, there are an incredible number of options for international student loans. There are Study Abroad Loans, which apply to students who are United States citizens and permanent residents who are currently enrolled in the school which they attend in the United States. This loan is brilliant for persons students who only intend to study abroad for a small period of time – a semester or two.
Foreign Enrolled Loans are international student loans offered to United States citizens and residents who wish to receive a degree from a school outside of the United States – as long as it is an approved school. This curriculum offers funding for the entire span of a student’s college career.
The ever-well loved Stafford Loans are also available, to either United States citizens or non-citizens who meet eligibility requirements (i.e., permanent residents). It applies to students who want to study abroad, while they are still enrolled in a college or university in the United States, but also to students who want to enroll in an approved international school.
Scholarships and grants are also available to students who want to study abroad or here in the United States. But, persons are often not enough to cover the amount of money a student will need. The purpose of international student loans is to try and bridge the gap and make sure that a student who wishes to study elsewhere will have the finances and the means to do so. In past years, studying abroad has been hard because of the high cost, but with the desire of students to study abroad getting privileged every year, there are more and more international student loans becoming available every year in counterpoint.
Gary Marjani is author of several articles pertaining to student financial aid such as FAFSA, Stafford Loan, Pell Grant, etc.

Human Rights Situation in Nigeria in the Eye of the International Community
That the International convergence considers human rights situation frightening in Nigeria even in the face of democracy currently being loved in the nation is not surprising after all at least to key observers. If for anything, the Nigerian government has failed to place certain factors aptly so that its citizens can delight in certain natural priorities and necessities of life available to mankind.
It is as a result of this enhancement that reprieve international still scores the nation very low in this regard and believes that it may surely take time previous to an improvement is recorded in the nation as far as human rights in Nigeria is concerned and only a very sincere leaders will bring about this. Criminal justice system in Nigeria is indeed nothing to write home about in Nigeria and this has taken a negative toll on the nation’s perceived promotion of human rights, and as they say only he who wears the shoes feels the pain, so we Nigerians know better.
Human rights is one area that I have always wanted to write about, maybe not to crave in the indulgence of the Nigerian government but to let the whole world know just how it is and what should be done for the simple reason that the Nigerian government know better than I do, after all, in any nation the government of that people is the most briefed and the case of Nigeria is not an exception.
I start this write-up by establishing that as some of the most brilliant people ever made by God, Nigerians know their rights but have not enhanced it because there is no money, the people are exceptionally too poor to do this, so the government take advantage of this, the wealthy therefore assert their dominance over the poor thus extending the gap between the rich and the poor in the people. The Agencies of the government are the tools used to actualize this. Like the Bible puts it “money answereth all equipment.” Without money what can the righteous people of Nigeria do but watch and pray that they may not fall into temptation, and when temptation comes they nothing but plead their guiltless course, such is the way of life of Nigerians.
The Legal Aids Council in Nigeria at present is having about 91 lawyers in Nigeria and one is left to wonder how 91 free lawyers can serve about 150 million impoverished people of Nigeria including even our politicians who also like free equipment. I therefore conclude that Legal Aids Council does not exist in Nigeria, and since this happens a suspect simply walks his way into the prisons everywhere he either gets sentenced or awaits examination. People cannot represent themselves in courts so they sometimes plead guilty to avoid money “wahala” as we place here.
This writer will not go into the area of people abuse of people’s rights in the people because it is a very long tale. Control in Nigeria still wring confessional statements from suspects even in local and state control stations in the people according to transparency international. Need we state that this use of this very mode is known to all no topic how we want to pretend about it? The difference is just that no one is visibly willing to delve into this area for the dread of incurring the wrath of the control. Bail in Nigeria is supposed to be free but the control still assemble money previous to suspects are released and our government does nothing about it while this undermines the fundamental human rights of Nigerians, as pointed out earlier in this work, Nigerians have learnt to accept this as their fate because the resources to pursue the usual rigorous litigations in the Nigerian courts of law are lacking. The control station should have a place people freely walk in to buy or give free information but in my people Nigeria, the dread of control stations is the beginning of wisdom.
The Bill in National Assembly on detention has been lying idle since 2006, with no one laying emphasis on it simply because it concerns the welfare of mostly the ordinary masses of the people. It is for this reason that I commit the efforts of the Lagos State Government which has decreed that anywhere in Lagos everywhere the control are taking statements from suspects, camera must be present, and maybe in the presence of suspects lawyers too. This will no doubt lower drastically the any fowl play on the part of the control and give individuals confidence in the control.
Again, our control stations must be computerized so that the challenges of the prospect as well as the present can be met with, files in control stations should be electronically documents and this must also be extended to our law courts to avoid the a “certain Mr. James Onanefe Ibori” saga everywhere a further court had to seat up to the highest amount to determine who was convicted by same court with legal operational business in the people, which to me is a very amusing enhancement. Just, the Economic and financial Crimes Commission reportedly announced that the files of Ex-governors standing trials were missing, only electronic propelled files can avoid this.
Corruption is one area Nigerians have not fared well either, corruption in Nigeria is systemic and Transparency methodology is clearly incapable of perceiving Nigeria according to Rev Iloh as reported in the Vanguard, 14 October 2008. Corruption bites hard in Nigeria. Religion has not helped Nigeria as millions troupe to churches and mosques yet transformations elude the people.
Obasanjo, the former head of the people invented the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) an thought which for the first time made the dread of pillaging the nation’s treasury for the first time but we did not see the Commission function up to the average as jail sentences handed down to convicts were rather droll and senseless. A huge fish who stole the nation’s money in billions only end up serving between two and three months jail sentence while a frustrated unemployed youth who snatches a 3310 nokia phone goes in to serve three years imprisonment usually after spending more than 2 years in detention perhaps with his file missing.
The news of people in high places in Nigeria who steal in billions and are never convicted at all but faced with unending trials often encourage the youth to work hard and steal some duty too in dollars go to jail return and delight in these duty. What kind of societies is our government building?
Prison conditions in Nigeria is not different as people waiting to be executed stay in detention for between 7-9 years according to Transparency International, again need we deny this fact? Several cases will set up this fact to the extent that one of your acquaintances or relatives may have been a victim now or in the past. Prisons should be rehabilitation centers and not punishment rooms everywhere correctional forms of reforms should be carried out. This was at its height in decades of services rule in Nigeria everywhere the regimes had hoped to teach civilians as well as khaki men hard lessons.
Fascinatingly many of the once victims of this hideous developments when freed and returned to fruitful positions especially in this present democratic dispensation forgot their hideous experiences to the neglect of the terrible prison conditions and continued life as usual, unmindful of Ibusa people in Delta State of the people’s adage that “the broom used in sweeping out the first wife is waiting for the second wife.” A situation which connotes our prisons as places everywhere criminals visit and return to become harder and even more perilous to the communities must be avoided.
The Nigerian government should do something today to make the Nigerian society more meaningful and helpful to the international convergence. Nigerians surely are not the worst rogues as characterized by the outside world, but only a excellent promotion of the social enhancement of the society will return to the lost glory to the nation and greatly advance our society.

Elizabeth Taylor – AIDS International – by Richard Bassett
The choice of songs that I used in this particular video may leave someone wondering. Miracles? How Splendid Thou Art?…. in the midst of an AIDS crisis ??? Well, my view is that AIDS brought us all closer together globally. That may be hard to see on an everyday basis, but it does exist. Mega-Fundraisers, such as Dame Elizabeth Taylor make certain that the wealth and support is distributed around the globe. Africa, China, USA, Iceland. It is the same disease. I, also, judge that a supreme being takes us when there is a deeper task to be done elsewhere. The last song indicates a privileged power taking a young man to be with Him previous to he had reason to turn his back upon Him. I do not mean to get very preachy but these are just my simple beliefs. Very just, I had a near death experience and was without oxygen for reasonably a while. I remember everything. There was no pain. As darkness funneled into a radiant magenta light, I was revived. It was a gorgeous experience. I have no dread. And, thank God for Dame Elizabeth Taylor whose life’s’ belief’s are at the core of my own, as well.
