Would Hillary drop out if Obama offered to pay her campaign debts?
I just questioned this question because it has been reported that McCain’s camp is asking donors to help get Giuliani out of his campaign debts.
http://blogs.wsj.com/washwire/2008/04/11/mccain-campaign-directs-donors-to-aid-giuliani/ That’s just incase some of you don’t judge me.
Well, I see the hillblazers are out and about.
Do you agree with President Obama on lifting the ban against people with HIV/AIDS to come into the USA?
This article from today on msn stated that Head Obama is lifting the ban that was first instituted in 1987, that prevented people from entering US Soil from other countries who tested positive for HIV & AIDS. The lift according to the article will take into look as of January of 2010. Why do you reckon Head Obama did this, and what reasoning did he use to lift this ban? In what ways do you reckon this is aptly or incorrect and why? Thank you for your answers.

HIV/AIDS IMMIGRATION BAN FINALLY LIFTED
In 1987, in the midst of worldwide dread and panic over the AIDS epidemic, the U.S. set in place an immigration ban to prevent anyone with AIDS from entering the people. This drastic measure was taken fundamentally a result of the erroneous belief that HIV/AIDS could be transmitted through physical contact. The U.S. was one of a small list of 12 countries that banned persons with the virus.
Twenty-two years later, the ban has finally been lifted. On October 30th 2009 the Head signed the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009. This was the final step in a process that started under the Bush administration. The law’s standard 60-day waiting period finished early this month and the Act is now officially in look.
Head Obama said the ban was incompatible with U.S. efforts to lead the way in fighting the disease. Unquestionably, reaching out a hand to help others is hard when you are holding the door shut with the other hand. The ban was serving to perpetuate the HIV/AIDS stigma. Now with more welcoming laws in place, the U.S. will be hosting a bi-annual global HIV/AIDS peak in 2012.
The ban has prevented travelers, tourists, potential immigrants, from entering the people. It has also prevented international adoption of children with the virus. From now on, no one will be required to undergo the HIV/AIDS test to determine their eligibility to penetrate the people.
Advocates say that the ban has discouraged foreign-born residents living in the U.S. from being tested or seeking medical treatment for HIV/AIDS. If this is the case, these individuals will now be free to seek treatment without dread of losing their immigration status simply for having the virus.
Now with the strings of hypocrisy untied, the Obama administration is free to pursue the mandate of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009 which is to provide ongoing commitment to ensuring access to much needed HIV/AIDS care and treatment.
If you are a person is now free to travel or immigrate to the U.S. as a result of the lifting of this ban, you may wish to consult a qualified immigration lawyer to discuss your visa or immigration options. Contact United States Immigration Support website at www.USAimmigrationSupport.com.

For African Americans, did anyone see the documentary on ABC about AIDS in black america?
I just have one question. If they were so concern about helping black people, why did they demonize blacks in the documentary? If they were really concerned about helping black people, why didnt they name it AIDS in America, since AIDS/HIV affects everyone period? They said that black people live in a culture of promiscuity, which is present in all cultures, and they brough up the Down Low thing as if it is just exclusive to us, since they have the down low in all cultures, races and nationalities. They offered 5 reasons why HIV is prevalent in the black convergence, but they never offered solutions to the problem.
