I want to go to third world countries and help children with AIDS and orphans in places like Africa.?

I dont have alot of money, in fact I dont have ANY money. How can I volunteer my time and efforts to other places and come up with the money to do these things?
I have volunteered here, and I do believe that we have alot to work on in the states. HOWEVER, I want to go to places where poverty is the norm, and not the exception. I want to help children who’s parents died to nuture them and help bring happiness out of their tragedy. I cannot join the peace corps because they have too strict of regulations, and I dont have a degree in anything, nor any relevant higher education.

where to put a paypal donate button?

I’m having a lot of trouble paying for school. I applied for financial aid but they denied me because I live with my parents still. I am 20 years old and have so many bills i cannot pay for school. My family can’t help because they are pretty poor themselves.
If i was to put a paypal button somewhere on the internet, what sites or blogs, etc would be most effective????
I know most people would say this idea won’t work, but it’s worth 20 minutes of my time right?

Lungi has more to write about than most poets. By the age of nine, she had lost both of her parents to South Africa’s AIDS epidemic. With her sister, she was forced to become responsible for the household. Grassroots Soccer saw the pain that HIV caused in Africa and set about educating the kids, enabling them to develop the will to break out of the cycle of sickness and despair. Lungi says the programme has helped her feel much stronger and it has allowed her to deal with the pain and continue her life.

What, if any, are the issues involved in raising HIV+ children?

I have read that people are more unwilling to adopt a child if they are HIV+. Besides dealing with the stigma, are there any issues that parents have to additionally consider when raising HIV+ children as opposed to HIV-?

Website links would be extremely helpful. Thankyou.
