AIDS In The USA

I am looking for the information to serve the children with AIDS in China (mainLand).
I am willing to be a long term volunteer for them.
I expect to give a small help to persons who are in hopeless and helpless state.
Could anyone tell which establishment I can contact with directly ?
I mean the establishment with a real heart !
Or, some other options.
Help me delight !!!!!!!
